...Is a saying that some people use for this lube. It's very heavy but with a 100+ solves it starts to speed up a bit, and a controllable cube will serve you well in a competition environment, especially if you don't have much experience with competing. Apply this lube to all the "contact points" of the pieces (where plastic rubs against plastic, there should be a small amount of this between it)
You can just take out and lube two pieces of the cube, a corner and edge. apply the lube everywhere (not the outside of the piece obviously) and you will be set once you break it in :)
